Warren 1909
Located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, this 1909 Craftsman home was thoughtfully reimagined for a young family who wanted a beautiful home that would reflect their casual and fun lifestyle. The goal was to create a vibrant, welcoming interior that supports daily life while celebrating the home’s original architectural charm.
We centered the design around a playful, color-forward palette that brings energy and personality to each space. Rich blue walls create a dramatic backdrop, layered with soft blush pinks, warm whites, and crisp navy accents. A tailored pink sofa anchors the living room, complemented by patterned blue textiles, sculptural wood tables, and vintage-inspired lighting that adds warmth and character.
Throughout the home, furnishings were selected for durability and comfort without sacrificing style. Clean lines are softened with layered textures—upholstery, natural wood, and woven elements—creating balance between livability and visual interest. Thoughtful pops of color, from textiles to accessories, keep the spaces feeling fresh, dynamic, and family-friendly.
The result is a bright, joyful home that blends timeless Craftsman details with a spirited, modern perspective—designed to evolve beautifully alongside a growing family.
