With the goal of restoring the 1924 Tudor to its original charm, Tammara and her husband purchased this home in the heart of Seattle, creating a comfortable home for her family. The existing kitchen and bathrooms were completely removed and designed with both classic and modern elements. The subway tile fireplace was removed and replaced with a custom, classic marble and wood surround fireplace creating an elegant focal point.

Green features in the house include: non-toxic paints and finishes; improved insulation; salvaged lighting; restoration of existing windows.
